For our the openings that do not involve coding (e.g. Sales, Communications, Support) we have more flexibility in terms of your background and experience. We need people that have great communications skills, the ability to manage tasks from start to finish, and motivation. We love to see experience in related fields, but we're also open to interns and recent graduates with a desire to work in our industry.

Site Caddy is a rapidly growing product, and we have dozens of interesting projects in the works at any time. Whether designing a new system or website, supporting an existing application, developing a new service for a client, or building one of our in-house tools, the options are many and varied. While staff are expected to be available for meetings with managers, team members and clients on a regular basis, flexible hours can be arranged and teleworking is often an option.
